This bright and inviting surf bungalow located in a gated community just a 10-15 minute walk from Esterillos Oeste beach has just been re-designed and renovated specifically for the comfort and convenience of visiting guests.  The all-new private outdoor living space features a waterfall pool, patio, full kitchen, dining area, lounge, lush garden, and private covered parking.

Indoors, the main level has a lounge and breakfast kitchen, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed, bunk, and TV. Additionally, there is a bright and spacious open LOFT with a queen bed, dedicated workspace, and 1/2-bath. AC is available in all areas of the home.

Whether our guests enjoy floating in the pool, grilling their catch from the day's fishing, waxing their boards for the next high tide, or watching scarlet macaws fly overhead, Casa Leyenda offers Costa Rica outdoor living at it's best.  With so much to do and see nearby, a good night's rest and nutritious food are essential to fuel your Costa Rica adventure so this home is furnished with top-quality mattresses and linens and all the essentials for preparing meals indoors or out.
